Hardware Inspector is an award-winning IT asset tracking solution. Detailed computer hardware and software inventory: installation data, accounting and warranty data, and other custom information. Hardware Inspector provides a vast number of features for IT automation: computer inventory, data import from system information tools, diversified hardware history (transfers, maintenance, colocation, inventory sessions), powerful search tools, inventory of network connections, etc. Hardware Inspector comes with more than 80 built-in report templates and visual designer to customize the built-in reports and create new ones.
Hardware Inspector has multiple inventory options: barcode scanner support, templates for printing barcode labels, clear reports on inventory progress and results.
The fully-featured Service Desk allows you to automatically register user requests and assign responsible persons, process requests in the context of asset history, effectively distribute support privileges. Flexible responsibility mechanisms allow you to perform an effective support for organizations with a complex structure including branches. Services performed can be linked to the history of assets, which serves as a solid basis for impartial assessment of the IT department performance. The built-in Service Desk can be integrated with Hardware Inspector Service Desk, a web interface for user-supporter communication, which sufficiently enhances support services.
