Billing Maid is the simple cost effective way to generate water consumption invoices based on meter data from Halytech Water Tracker spider units. Billing Maid automatically imports raw meter readings, and then apportions a utility bill based on actual consumption. Invoices can then be generated for each unit. What used to take hours now takes a matter of minutes.

Up until now allocating water usage to a unit based on the raw data provided by Halytec Water Meters has been a cumbersome task involving hours spent manually compiling data from CSV files in programs such as Excel.

This became even more complicated for strata managers managing multiple properties or for those managing a very large number of units. Quite often the only practical solution has been to ignore the meter data and just split the bill evenly between units. This has then lead to disputes between tenants where the size, layout and number of occupants can radically affect the amount of water an appartment uses.

Billing Maid elegantly solves these issues by automatically importing the raw meter readings, and then apportioning a utility bill based on actual consumption. Invoices can then be generated for each unit. What used to take hours now takes a matter of minutes.

Billing Maid has been developed in consultation with the developers and strata managers of Square One Smart Appartments in Perth Western Australia.
