Dynamic Netcam Control Tool 11.6 download free
 
Captures pictures up to 30 frames per second from any video device including USB and Analog webcams, Television boards, Camcorders and Network Internet webcams. The program streams online high-quality MPEG-4 picture from your workstation or sends JPEG shots to your FTP server. Streaming can be watched using any Internet browser; no plug-ins or downloads required. You can perform concurrent recording and broadcasting from limitless number of webcams. Your camera / webcams can be used as security system. After the software detects movement in the monitored area, it triggers siren, emails you captured snapshots, starts webcasting, or records video. Live webcasting as well as recording can be password protected that all video and audio are scrambled and cannot be watched without valid secret word. The program has features to draw image overlays and time captions, modify picture dimension / quality, and Pan/Tilt/Zoom control.
