CheckbookEase Premium 2.1 is a multiple account, budget and personal organizer program. This software has so many great features that make it easy to grasp and utilize. Using the envelope budget system you create your budget from over 100 categories and view your budget as you make entries into your accounts. Compare your planned budget with your real budget and make corrections to your expenditures in the future. Features include the ability to split transactions into multiple budget categories, select transaction entry order, automatic check numbering and monthly budget and account summaries. One click to view account or budget charts. Sort registry and select registry view by date. Also import transactions downloaded from the internet, OFX and QIF support. Schedule transactions with a reminder or auto entry and archive closed accounts. Easy checkbook balancing with prior bank statement recall. Extensive report capability and a quick transaction search. Has a credit card debt reduction planner and college, retirement and home purchase planners. Backup/restore and password protection. Personal organizer has day planner with day, weekly, month and yearly calendar view and appointment search. Also has a multi-featured notepad, task manager and picture viewer with album maker and a appointment and task reminder. You can select from 20 color backgrounds with matching calculator and calendar and print reports, accounts, budget, transactions, calendar and task list. On screen help buttons, user manual and on-line instructional videos.
